Return and Exchange Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase after opening the parcel, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days. Here's how:
- Return the Product: Send the product back with the courier and keep the return slip.
- Submit the Slip: Provide us with the courier slip for confirmation.
For exchanges, we will process the new item once we receive the original product. For returns, we will issue a partial refund upon receiving the slip and the remaining amount once we receive the product back.

7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Click the WhatsApp button on our website or email us at khpallibas@gmail.com to request a return. We will provide the return address upon contact. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days without justification. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
